If you find an item to be damaged or broken within seven calendar days of purchase Dragonfly Arts & Wellness Center will Refund you the full purchase price of the item or allow you to exchange the item with any other item or service being sold for the same price.

If an item breaks with in thirty calendar days of purchase you may bring it back to us and we will do our best to repair it for you. We may also check with the artisan about allowing a refund or an exchange.

Prepaid Packages

If, for medical or true financial hardship reasons, a Prepaid Package will not be able to be utilized by a customer a full or partial refund may be issued at the approval of the owner of Dragonfly Arts & Wellness Center, LLC.

Our Privacy Policy

At Dragonfly Arts & Wellness Center, LLC we value your privacy! Any information you provide us is for the exclusive use of Dragonfly Arts & Wellness Center and will not be shared with any person, group, or entity outside of Dragonfly Arts & Wellness.

Any medical information provided to our Massage Therapists will be kept strictly confidential at Dragonfly and will not be shared or discussed with any person, group, or entity outside of Dragonfly Arts & Wellness without your written consent.
